This is how to make a turnover from scratch. A cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of milk, and a quarter cup of oil. First, you get the ingredients together and you mix it with a fork. Then, after a little bit, you mix it with your hands. You have to make it look all the same. Then, you get a rolling pin and a pan and the dough, and you put the dough on the pan, and you roll out the dough with the rolling pin. Then you get something, and you put it in it, like chocolate, I like to do it with chocolate, and then, after you've put the filling in the turnover you fold the sides around the filling. Then you get a brush and a bowl, actually two bowls, and one egg. You throw away the egg shell, and the middle yellow part you keep and give the turnover an egg wash with the egg and the brush. But the rest you don't really do anything with it. And then you put it in the oven, and then when it's ready you take it out of the oven and then eat it!
